RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date. No refunds or exchanges are offered. Please contact us if you need a return authorization.
We may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis—particularly if you accidentally added the wrong product to your cart and notify us immediately. However, during BFCM, no exceptions will be made aside from issues involving damaged or missing products.
